When I got the invite, I didn’t hesitate. An opportunity to talk about AI, Agentforce, and this community I care so much about? I was in immediately.
But then the questions started coming. Why are Agentblazers prepared to lead this AI revolution? What makes you excited about AI? What does it even mean to be an Agentblazer?
And I’ll be honest, some of them made me pause.
Not in a bad way, but in a real, reflective kind of way. That little voice of imposter syndrome showed up and asked, “Okay… but how are you actually showing up to help lead this?”
It was a fair question.
At the same time, it also feels like one of the most exciting moments we’ve had in technology in years. Especially in the Salesforce ecosystem. The pace of innovation right now is something we haven’t seen in a long time. AI is accelerating everything. How we build, how we think, how we deliver value. We’re going from idea to execution faster than ever before, and that changes what’s possible for all of us.
So I sat with the question a little longer. Why us? Why are Agentblazers prepared for this moment?
And the answer wasn’t flashy. It was actually pretty simple.
WE’VE BEEN TRAINING FOR THIS!
For years, this community has been pushing the boundaries of what Salesforce can do. We’ve learned together, built together, broken things together, fixed them, and shared what worked and what didn’t. We’ve never waited for perfect answers. We’ve always experimented our way forward.
That mindset is exactly what this moment requires.
When I think about what it means to be an Agentblazer, it’s not just about knowing the tools. It’s about how you show up. It’s being willing to take thoughtful risks, to learn at the speed of AI, and to stay grounded in building things that are responsible and actually serve people. Move fast, learn faster, and build responsibly.
What excites me most about AI isn’t just the technology itself. It’s what it unlocks. We can now design solutions and experiences that weren’t even possible before. Things that used to take multiple systems or complex workarounds, or just weren’t feasible at all, are now within reach.
But even with all of that, AI brings the knowledge. We still bring the wisdom. We decide what problems are worth solving, what good looks like, and where the boundaries should be.
The other thing I keep coming back to is that no one has all the answers right now. That’s not a weakness, it’s actually what makes this community so powerful. We’ve never done this alone. We learn out loud. We share what’s working and what’s not. We build in the open and support each other as we figure it out.
That’s how we move forward. Together.
So when I think about how I’m showing up in this moment, my answer is simple. I’m going to keep doing what this community has always done. I’m going to keep experimenting, keep sharing, keep mentoring, keep raising my hand, and keep building responsibly.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I’m willing to figure them out with all of you.
And maybe that’s the real realization. This isn’t a moment where we have to become something completely new. This is just the next evolution of who we’ve already been.
We’ve been builders. We’ve been problem solvers. We’ve been community-driven learners.
Now we just have new tools.
And a bigger opportunity.
If you’re feeling that same mix of excitement and uncertainty, you’re not behind.
You’re right on time. 💙
